Reviewer Quality Assurance
All medical reviewers undergo extensive credentialing both by UDC staff and an external NCQA-approved credentialing organization (CVO) to verify education, practice history, qualifications and experience.
All UDC physician reviewers are required to maintain Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours, medical licensure and board certification.
Quality Assurance Protocals
Referrals are triaged to an appropriate specialty/specialist.
Draft reports are reviewed for thoroughness and completeness.
Prior to report submission to the client, any quality issues are immediately taken up with the reviewing physician.
Our medical reviewers edit and electronically sign their own reports and are solely responsible for the work product.
UDC utilizes proprietary database systems to manage network operations and report turn-around time.
