Your reports are fantastic. We can always count on your physician reviews to answer each of our questions and provide a comprehensive evaluation of the medical documents. In this line of work, the partnership with the physicians is so important and your physicians understand this business and provide us with the information we need to make informed decisions. We are moving away from one of your competitors as they are just not able to provide a finished product the first time. In this particular addendum, it was for new medical records received not clarification of the review or for questions that weren’t answered the first time.
